As a Junior Internal Account Manager, your duties will include;

  • Managing client deadlines ensuring correct information on products, pricing, discounting and payments are met
  • Producing quotations for incoming leads
  • Managing design briefs
  • Liaising and chasing suppliers daily to ensure deadlines are met
  • Keeping spreadsheets and databases up to date
  • Ensuring all orders are paid for prior to dispatch
  • Communication with the production team on order timescales
  • Managing your customer expectations on their orders, ensuring a smooth process at all times
  • Supporting the sales team by answering emails and calls when out of the office

Experienced required;

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to deliver an excellent service to your customer
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in working in a support role with account management from order processing through to delivery confirmation
  • Work well under pressure and able to prioritise workload in a fast-moving environment
  • Used to working to deadlines
  • Team player and happy to work across departments when needed
