Overview

My client runs Graduate Development Programmes, Telesales Academy, and Field Sales Academies in addition to recruiting full-time roles throughout a wide variety of functions nationally, and throughout the business.

Working closely with the Group Operations & Finance Manager, the role will allow you to be actively involved in all operations within the business, having a real impact on how our client promotes their vacancies and recruit within, to support their impressive growth.

 

The role will also include:

  • Creating and implementing a recruitment programme across the whole business.
  • Supporting large strategic projects from a recruitment perspective.
  • Working with the senior management team to forecast and plan recruitment needs.
  • Marketing to advertise and promote vacancies.
  • Supporting senior management with the running of annual graduate and sales recruitment programmes.
  • Running out-reach campaigns with social media.
  • Standardising recruitment adverts.
  • Coordinating applications, including planning and running assessment days.
  • Supporting the onboarding of recruits in terms of induction days.

The candidate must:

  • Be highly motivated and have a hunger to succeed.
  • Be able to create excellent rapport with the internal team and potential candidates.
  • Have the ability to self-manage and plan effectively.
  • Possess excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Be resourceful and proactive with strong organisational/administrative skills.
  • Have 2 years of experience and have been successfully working within a recruitment organisation or in a recruitment function of a business.
  • Be familiar with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
