Overview

Our client provides a fun, friendly working environment in a beautiful rural location. Established 10 years ago, our client is a family-owned, industry leader in their field. Due to their success, they have expanded rapidly over the past few years to become a global supplier.

Your duties will include;

Managing client deadlines ensuring correct information on products, pricing, discounting and payments are met
Producing quotations for incoming leads
Managing design briefs
Liaising and chasing suppliers daily to ensure deadlines are met
Keeping spreadsheets and databases up to date
Ensuring all orders are paid for prior to dispatch
Communication with the production team on order timescales
Managing your customer expectations on their orders, ensuring a smooth process at all times
Supporting the sales team with answering emails and calls when out of the office

Experienced required;

Strong communication skills and a desire to deliver for your customer
Proven account management experience
Good levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of working in a support role with account management from order processing through to confirming delivery
Work well under pressure and able to prioritise in a changing environment
Used to working to deadlines
Team player and happy to work across departments when needed

Due to the location of my client offices, you will need your own transport.
