Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will manage the relationships of a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

· Answering customers queries via email and telephone.
· Develop and maintain a professional customer relationship, to improve the flow of communication and to support the customers day to day needs.
· Improve margin and organic growth with existing customers through a proactive sales/service relationship and developed awareness of the customer’s needs.
· Work closely with our internal and external sales team.
· Sales Order Processing
· Progress chasing orders with the production department.
· Ensure customer needs are communicated to sales administration, operations and the quality and management teams.
· Other general office duties.
